UN calls for ceasefire respect in the Donbas.

The UN calls on all parties to adhere to the ceasefire in the Donbas
UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon is concerned about the reports of military clashes in Debal'tseve, announced the press service of the UN.

The UN urges all parties to respect the ceasefire without any exceptions.

The ceasefire agreement in eastern Ukraine came into force on the night of 15 February.

Earlier, the office of the French President Francois Hollande announced that the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine is "generally respected" in spite of "incidents of local importance."

The OSCE reported that ceasefire is breached in Debal'tseve, Rayhorodky and Luhansk. The mission reported that it knows about "multiple unconfirmed cases of ceasefire violation."

"SMM has made an attempt to send its representatives to Debal'tseve, but the"DPR" has not provided any guarantees for us, so the access for our patrols has been blocked. The mission will try to get to Debal'tseve on Monday," says the report.
