EU urges not to wait for lifting sanctions against Iran on June 30

The IAEA has to confirm the implementation of obligations taken by Iran
Sanctions against Iran are part of the nuclear program negotiations, announced the Spokesman of the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy on Tuesday.

"The sanctions will not be lifted on June 30. This will happen after the IAEA confirms that Iran has implemented its obligations," – announced Ray.

According to her, it will take more time.

EU decided to lift sanctions against Iran after the talks in Lausanne on April 2.

The US administration also agreed to cancel part of the sanctions against Iran, but might impose them again if necessary.
