The Ukrainian enterprise was re-registered on March 19, 2015, entitled as State Unitary Enterprise "Sevastopol Sea Plant," report journalists from "Scheme" TV program.

According to official data, 89% of the plant's shares were owned by the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
