Expert says the President must dismiss Kolomoisky
The President of Ukraine is obliged to dismiss the head of Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration due to the fact that he has triple citizenship.

MW.UA was given comments about this by the head of the Board of the Centre for political and legal reforms Igor Koliushko.

According to him, article 9 of the law "On local state administrations" does not leave the President any choice but to release Kolomoisky from his post because the article is worded clearly enough: "The President shall terminate the powers of the chairmen of regional state administration in case of revealing the fact of dual citizenship".

"It's an obvious question from a legal point of view," Koliushko said.

Thus, according to the expert, it doesn't matter, dual or triple citizenship the head of the regional state administration has - he should be fired anyway.

Earlier, the head of Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration Igor Kolomoisky admitted that he had triple citizenship: Ukrainian, Cyprus and Israel.
